| Outline | An organic chlorinated fungicide used for plant protection in horticulture such as vegetable growing and orchards. mp 250 to 251 degrees C, bp 350 degrees C (760 mmHg). Stable at normal storage temperature. Both the crystal and its aqueous solution are stable to UV irradiation. Also stable to acids and relatively stable to bases, but are gradually hydrolyzed at pH 9. |
