Outline	This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. Sections of bone tissues, calcification foci, and calcium deposited lesions cannot be prepared as they are. Therefore, they need decalcification. In this procedure, tissue calcium carbonate is degraded to soft calcium salts with an acid allowing easy sectioning. This product decalcifies 8-time more quickly than neutral EDTA solution and the results are said to be comparable to EDTA in immunostaining and in situ hybridization.
