Outline	Amino Acid Analysis Reagents are high-purity reagents from which ninhydrin positive components that would cause interference in the analysis have been removed.Amino acids in proteins derived from organisms include those degraded with 6 mol/L of hydrochloric acid to become impossible to be identified, those converted into other amino acids, those existing in a minute amount, and free amino acids in organisms. Many of these amino acids cannot be separated for determination under the separating conditions of the amino acids constituting proteins and require an eluate for biological amino acid separation. A lithium citrate buffer is used for biological amino acid separation.
