Product Overview
Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) binds to EGF and belongs to the ErbB family of receptor tyrosine kinases. EGFR is crucial for cell proliferation, and mutations or overexpression of EGFR have been observed in various types of human cancers. Notably, EGFR overexpression is associated with the progression, metastasis, and poor prognosis of cancers, including head and neck cancer, lung cancer, and colorectal cancer1).
Anti Human EGFR, Monoclonal Antibody (EMab-134) is a mouse monoclonal antibody against human EGFR2). It is suitable for use in immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, and Western blotting.
