Outline	A test solution for disintegration and dissolution tests of drugs. This is a ready-to-use reagent produced under strict management. The product is prepared based on the following ratios described in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, General Tests, Reagents and Test Solutions, Acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer, 0.05 mol/L, pH 4.0. Add water to 3.0 g of acetic acid (100) to prepare a 100 mL solution. Adjust the pH of the resulting solution to 4.0 with a solution prepared by dissolving 3.4 g of sodium acetate trihydrate in water to yield 500 mL.
