Application
Overview / Applications
Outline | Tubulin is one of major building block of microtubules. This intracellular, cylindrical, filamentous structure is present in almost all eukaryotic cells. Tubulin itself is heterodimeric globular protein which is considered of α-tubulin and β-tubulin. These heterodimers are assembled into 13 protofilaments that form a microtubule. This anti α-tubulin monoclonal antibody provides a specific and useful tool in research for the intracellular distribution of tubulin and the static and dynamic aspects of the cytoskeleton. This antibody is produced by immunizing mouse with synthetic peptide [CAALEKDYEEVGVDSVEGEGEEEGEE], coupled to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH). This product is for laboratory use only ; use in any such application is the responsibility of the user. [Concentration] Indicated on the label. [Formulation] 10mmol/L sodium phosphate, 150mmol/L sodium chloride, pH 7.4 with 50 w/v% glycerol. [Clone No.] 10G10 [Subclass] IgG1 [Reactivity] Human, Mouse, African green monkey [Applications] Western Blot : 1µg/mL *Precaution Please optimize the most appropriate concentration for your analysis condition and samples. |
