Limulus ES-II Test Wako is intended for the quantitative detection of endotoxins by gel-clot or kinetic turbidimetric methods. Content: (1) 3 vials x 2 mL LAL ES-2, lyophilized, containing LAL from Limulus polyphemus, Tris buffer and a glucan derivative. (2) 1 vial x 500 ng Control Standard Endotoxin, lyophilized, containing endotoxin, purified from E. coli UKT-B, and mannitol and glycine as additives. Sensitivity: 0.015 - 0.06 EU/mL |
