| Outline | A dye for pathological staining.It is used for fat stain, and stains adipocytes red.Method for preparing solution:Stock solution…oil red O 0.3 g99 % 2-propanol 100 mLDissolve the above thoroughly by shaking to make a saturated solution. Before use, vigorously shake the mixture of the stock solution and distilled water at a ratio of 6:4, and filtrate 10 minutes later. Use within 2 hours. |
