Outline This product is used for the quantitative determination of glucose in blood.<for Histochemistry><Immunoenzymatic Technique>The method involves preparation of an antibody for the target substance to be probed, enzyme-labeling of the antibody or its secondary antibody allowing it to react with the target substance in tissues or cells, reaction of the labeled enzyme with the substrate followed by staining, and observation of the specimen under a microscope.<Enzyme>
