| Outline | This product is an organic arsenic compound not present in the natural world, and it is produced as a degradation product of a poisonous gas (sneezing agent) developed by the former Japanese army.This product is a chemical substance not manufactured after the Second World War. The product produced and used as a poison gas by the former Japanese army during the war might have contaminated well waters in the adjacent areas and, thus, investigation of water quality is being practiced to address worries of possible heath damage in neighboring residents. A reference standard of this product is required in the investigation. |
