Product Overview
inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) is one of the isozymes of nitric oxide synthase. Among activated macrophages, iNOS is highly expressed in cytotoxic (M1 type) macrophages, which are activated by substances such as lipopolysaccharides (LPS). Therefore, iNOS serves as a marker of M1 macrophages.
"Anti iNOS, Rabbit" is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against iNOS.
