Product Overview
Arginase 1 is a type of hydrolase that converts arginine into ornithine and urea. Among activated macrophages, arginase 1 is highly expressed in protective (M2 type) macrophages but its expression is low in cytotoxic (M1 type) macrophages. Therefore, arginase 1 serves as a marker of M2 macrophages.
"Anti-Arg1, Rabbit" is a rabbit polyclonal antibody against arginase 1.
