| Outline | This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. This product is aconitum monoester alkaloids standard in Reagents and Test Solutions in the General Tests of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, adapted to assay. It is used for the assay of total alkaloids in "Gosha-jinki-gan extract", "Shimbuto extract" and "Hachimi-jio-gan extract". It is a reference standard of a mixture of 0.1 mg of benzoylmesaconine hydrochloride, 0.05 mg of benzoylhypaconine hydrochloride, and 0.1 mg of 14-anisoylaconine hydrochloride. It is dissolved in exactly 5 mL of a mixture of phosphate buffer and tetrahydrofuran (183:17) for aconitum before use. |
