Outline	This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human. c-Myc is a proto-oncogene, which is overexpressed in a wide range of human cancers. A proto-oncogene is a normal gene that can become an oncogene due to mutation or increase of expression. The partial peptide of c-Myc protein which consists of 10 amino acids, EQKLISEEDL, has been used as the tag for detection and/or purification of recombinant protein. Monoclonal Anti c-Myc antibody was produced by hybridoma clone 9E10. This clone was established by fusing mouse myeloma cells and spleen cells of mice immunized with synthetic EQKLISEEDL peptide which was coupled with key hole limpet hemocyanin (KLH). This antibody was purified from mouse ascites and was conjugated with horseradish peroxidase. [Concentration] Indicated on the label. [Formulation] 1×PBS aqueous solution with 50% glycerol.
