Outline	This prduct is extermly low endotoxin level gelatin ( 10 EU/g or less). Gelatin is a denatured form of collagen protein. Nippi's gelatin is widely used in the food industry as a key ingredient in foods such as sweets, yogurt, nutritional supplements, and precooked deli dishes. For research and clinical use, highly purified sterilized gelatin from porcine skin is available. The content of endotoxin is extremely low (10 EU/g or less) and It's inactive for the macrophages that strongly react with endotoxin. Nippi's low endotoxin gelatin is ready for use as stabilizer for injections, drug delivery systems, and tissue engineering as scaffold.
